Ingredients:

Health Ninja Rolled Oats (1 cup)

Water (2 cups)

Mixed vegetables: carrot, beans, peas (½ cup, chopped)

Oil (1 tsp)

Mustard seeds (½ tsp)

Curry leaves (6–8)

Green chilli (optional, finely chopped)

Salt (to taste)

Lemon juice (1 tsp)
Method:

Boil water in a pan and add the oats.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until the oats soften.

In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add vegetables and green chilli, sauté until slightly soft.

Add the boiled oats, salt, and mix well.
-
Cook for another 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.

Finish with lemon juice and mix gently.
