Veggie Oats Upma Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Health Ninja Rolled Oats (1 cup)

  • Water (2 cups)

  • Mixed vegetables: carrot, beans, peas (½ cup, chopped)

  • Oil (1 tsp)

  • Mustard seeds (½ tsp)

  • Curry leaves (6–8)

  • Green chilli (optional, finely chopped)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Lemon juice (1 tsp)

Method:

  • Boil water in a pan and add the oats.

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the oats soften.

  • In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  • Add vegetables and green chilli, sauté until slightly soft.

  • Add the boiled oats, salt, and mix well.

  • Cook for another 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.

  • Finish with lemon juice and mix gently.
