Ingredients:

Milk or plant-based milk (1½ cups)

Honey or maple syrup (1-2 tbsp, as per taste)

Fresh strawberries (3-4, finely chopped) (optional)

Chopped nuts (1 tbsp) (optional)
Method:

Heat milk in a pan and add Health Ninja Strawberry Oats.

Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.

Once cooled, mix in honey, chopped strawberries, and nuts.

Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.

Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring once in between for a smoother texture.

Scoop and serve chilled.
