Strawberry Oats Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • Health Ninja Strawberry Oats (1 cup)

  • Milk or plant-based milk (1½ cups)

  • Honey or maple syrup (1-2 tbsp, as per taste)

  • Fresh strawberries (3-4, finely chopped) (optional)

  • Chopped nuts (1 tbsp) (optional)

Method:

  • Heat milk in a pan and add Health Ninja Strawberry Oats.

  • Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

  • Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely.

  • Once cooled, mix in honey, chopped strawberries, and nuts.

  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.

  • Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring once in between for a smoother texture.

  • Scoop and serve chilled.
